"This is an excellent hotel to stay in. The view is spectacular especially the bay view option. The area around it is nice, you’re able to walk around, run/jog if you like. Customer service was excellent as well. This entire area is quiet, away from hustle and bustle of city however all areas in San Diego are easy to get to "

"This is a Hotel that knows who they are and from the valet Parking to the front desk they believe their overhype of being better and that lacking service is acceptable based on the fact that you are staying in one of San Diego best hotels. Unfortunately the electricity went out forcing me out of the shower and doing the excercise of walking 17 floors with a fellow security guard. The waiting on the lobby with shop in your body was of little concern but if does demonstrate that this hotel it’s not prepared to accept emergencies. "
