"This little cottage is located only a few minutes from the downtown area. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shopping to experience in town. The house feels brand new, very clean, modern and roomy. There is one bedroom with an en suite, another bedroom with a bathroom next-door and it seems to be some office space in the third room. The kitchen was lovely, and the living room is very comfortable. Seems like a nice neighborhood, it was quiet and absolutely would stay again."

"We stayed for a weekend in this hacienda. Very private yet close to be able to take in Forth Worth and the rodeo. Sara and Scott were the best host! Must ask Sara about her homemade bread and butter! I recommend this home highly! I plan to go back as much as possible as my fur babies coming along was an extra plus! "I will give this place five stars because the hosts were very commutative and gracious, also the place was adorable and in a great location. I will say however, the ad does not state that it’s an attached duplex home, (we found out after we booked) the adjoining neighbors are thumpy (kids I’m assuming) and they leave their porch light on all night long, which lights up the one room like broad daylight. I would suggest black out curtains, as I had to use a sleep mask to be able to get any rest. "

"We had a great time staying at the Mariposa Lake House. We had family from New Jersey and Houston come together to celebrate Christmas. We had a total of 15 people sleep comfortably. The house was clean. We would definitely go back."

"I visit friends in the upper Dallas region fairly consistently and in my opinion the local hotel properties have gone down in quality while going up in price. This property was far better than a hotel room and I really enjoyed having access to a working kitchen stocked with cooking utensils and a comfy living room and bedroom. Wi-fi worked fine as well for work zoom calls."
