"Went there for our Anniversary. There were a few issues in the beginning but the staff was very friendly and helpful to turn things around. The butler Dan AKA “Dan the man”was Impeccable he made our anniversary most memorable. He checked on us every morning and evening. Be sure to request his service when you go. I’d give him 10 Stars if I could ! The Steakhouse was our favorite place to eat. Try the rum raisin Ice cream it was amazing. "

"My husband and I were treated with respect, our requests were met in a timely manner. Due to the recent hurricane there were some cracks in the tile work. Otherwise no problem"

"I will come back to this resort. It is Excellent. Everything was clean and on point. I got Elite club and had the best liquors as well. From the very moment i entered this hotel i was treated like royalty. Staff is always on point, happy, helpful. Just the whole vibe of this resort. Excellent entertainment with Genius and Bravo and the bartender Winston omg. Everyone is just wonderful. This is by far my best vacation. Ya Man!!!"

"Very clean, lots of amenities. Conveniently located to major businesses, and is literally 3 minutes from the airport which is perfect. It provides a shuttle to and from the airport as well, for a small fee. Paul, our driver, is so nice and gave us good options regarding shopping and food. Glad I stayed at Toby’s. "

"We loved everything about our 5 night stay at Secrets Wild Orchid. The only small complaint we had is that since it was a busy week, there were never enough lounge chairs at the beach. We had to get up at 5:30 am to get a chair and even by then, most were claimed. Just a suggestion to make sure more chairs are on site during busy weeks. Other than that, we had a wonderful week!!!"
