The Staff was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, professional and it was apparent that all employees we spoke with and dealt with Front Desk, Dining Room, Room Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management - that everyone enjoyed their job. Location was Great and having direct access to Victoria Station was a Huge Bonus. We will be back and definitely be recommending to others."

"The hotel is well-maintained, with modern rooms featuring technology to adjust lighting and blackout settings. The rooms are cozy, and the common areas provide a great space to relax. Food and drinks are available 24/7, and the staff is incredibly friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the presence of some homeless individuals across the street. While it’s a city issue, the area is a bit untidy, which made us feel a bit unsafe at times. However, they kept to themselves and didn’t cause any trouble."

"As someone who travels solo, the hotel was perfect for my needs. The staff were very helpful, and my room was kept in tip top shape for my entire stay. It was a short walk to the subway station and the grocery store and not far from the excellent Natural History Museum. The room was a little small and I had to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the television, but I would absolutely stay here again when next I’m in the area. "
