"My stay was fine aside from my oven not working. They said they were waiting on a part which means they knew it wasn't working before they put me in the room. This was inconvenient since I was there for a special occasion and planned on making a dinner for my mom's 70th birthday as opposed to spending $500 at a restaurant nearby. The Sonder did offer me 150 credit toward my next stay but who knows when and if that will ever happen. They should have taken it off the current stay in question....

"Staying at the Intercontinental Downtown Los Angeles was the best decision ever. Our suite was beautiful and located on the 61st floor with amazing views.
