"It was under construction, which they informed me about, but my schedule and the construction schedule were totally opposite so there were zero problems. Unfortunately, I had a breakfast engagement so I can not rate their breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. 😊"

"Nice place to stay they offer plates, silverware, coffee maker, iron and ironing board pots and pans just about anything you would need for an extended. Stay that no charge just for the asking. The only thing I can say that wasn’t really good. Was the carpet could use to be cleaned Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay."

"Easy check in. Linens were not cleaned. Pillows smelled dirty from previous guests. No coffee pot. Upstairs guest noise from kids running around at night made it hard for me to sleep.! There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom shower faucet was really hard to open the water."

"Although this hotel is difficult to find, it is in close proximity to Maitland and is very nice. The kitchen was generously stocked with snacks and drinks and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast staff did a particularly nice job. There is an Applebee’s adjacent to the hotel, which otherwise in an office park.
