The staff cannot do enough to help you...food is excellent and if anything is needed JUST ASK.. The boss Jean the owner is always there if you need anything"

"The hotel rooms decor needs a serious update, but that's a very superficial criticism. It provided everything you would expect from a hotel, was comfortable, quiet and felt safe. Decent bar, lovely staff and good breakfast. We had a room with a seaview, right on the prom, about 15-20 mins stroll from the pier and main hub of Llandudno and 2 mins from Venue Cymry. Couldn't really ask more for a cheap hotel, and it was cheap: 2 people, 2 nights, for £99. Bargain."
