"This rental was so very clean and comfortable!! Being there in the winter, we couldn’t use the deck…but that would be so lovely in the spring, summer and fall.I was sad that the pool/hot tub was not on the property, but we did use the jacuzzi tub instead. "

"This was our second time at this location. The lodge is as described. Clean and well equipped with what you need. We enjoy visiting downtown Berlin, Lehman’s Heini’s Cheese Chalet and on the way home a stop at J. M. Smucker store. And of course, celebrating New Years with a cozy fire while waiting for the New York Ball to drop. A nice getaway to relax and unwind from the busyness of the holiday season. Highly recommended staying here!! "

"Stayed 3 nights as we were visiting the Rock n Roll and Football hall of fame. Communication was great, as were directions for parking garage and check in. Place wasn’t cleaned well by the cleaning service and we had to wash and fold the dirty towels that were left. We also had to sweep the place. After that things were okay. "You need to elaborate on the length and time it takes to get from parking lot to room in the description so visitors are prepared to bring luggage through the mall. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. We were staying here for heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the special event parking prices and availability of spots was not convenient for our long term stay"

"The cleanliness was top notch, you could smell how clean it was walking through the door. The bed was super comfy and the white noise machine was a nice added touch. Would definately stay here again, in fact my sister in law booked a unit later this year."
