"Where hotels go to die. Checked in (office help very nice), it was 100deg & when I got 1/2 my luggage in I sat down to try the tv. Both the tvs didn't work. Got another room & the door card (2) didn't work, was told they had problems with batteries in lock. Finally got a 3rd room, nice enough, but the bathroom door was falling off."

"Unfortunately we stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, only two nights. Thats was the two nights when the Bistro was closed and there was no room cleaning during out stay. We would have been nice to know this up front. Might have made a difference. "

"I booked the hotel for my mom and her husband. The hotel was very nice, however, the hotel restaurant did not have a good amount of vegetarian options. They were very disappointed by this and also surprised that a hotel of this caliber would not have a lot of options to accommodate a variety of dietary needs. "

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

"There was a problem with Expedia and their “virtual card” and the amount charged. Hillary at the front desk and the manager were efficient and professional and resolved the issue quickly. Our stay was comfortable, restful and pleasant. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
