"What a wonderful and relaxing experience my husband and I and our two adult kids had at this super cozy and very clean cottage! We all highly recommend this place, and will plan our next gathering here. My favorite spot was in the family room where we all snuggled into the comfortable couch in front of the fireplace and caught up or watched movies together. "Stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the beautiful lake view; direct access to the lake for boating and swimming; and morning coffee on the dock. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, pots and pans, etc. The living area was cozy and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as the other amenities (2 kayaks, a row boat, and the fire pit.) House was comfortable for our family of 4 plus our puppy. "

"House was very clean and both the fireplace and hot tub were operational. The location is very quiet but still close to attractions like J Thorpe (25 min). Not a lot of hot water but not a problem for 2 people. Also, the vacuum was broken but that is an easy fix. Communication through VRBO didn’t work but the host resolved the issues directly.The deck is very nice but was in need of cleaning. . I swept up a build up of leaves. "This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Host had a book with places to eat and things to do! House was equipped with board games and arcade games. Weekend went by quickly but we LOVED every minute we were there! Thank you for a great stay!"

"The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had almost anything you would need to make a meal. Most paper products (Kleenex, toilet paper, paper towels etc.) were supplied. The only thing that would make the property cozier would be some table lamps. The only lighting in the LR and BRs were overhead lights in the ceiling fans. Overall, a very nice place to stay."
