My friend had another room for the same price and there was a heated floor in the bathroom, in mine there was no heating at all. "The Mosaic Hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions. The price is very good for this location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe. "

"It was minus 21 degrees C, and I was worried the hotel would be cold, but it was really toasty, with heat coming through the radiator and floor throughout the night. The hotel is in a great location, with nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. You could also get free water and coffee from reception, and the receptionists were lovely. The building and rooms looked cool in a traditional way, although our bathroom tiles were loose. It was 25 minutes walk to the old town."

"A wonderful hotel with lovely helpful staff. Lots of advice on what to see, do and eat. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice for a small hotel. Close to the old town and all the sights. Lots of boutiques in the area too. Room was a generous size and the bed was so comfortable. Would recommend as a mid budget hotel with great service. "

"Property need update. Bathroom really old, the toilet is all cracked, there is no flush button. The windows cannot be closed. the handle does not work. The building is located along the road, there is no insulation from the noise of cars.There is very steep staircase leading up to the room, this was not indicated in the room description."
