"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "

"Amazing location for the price of the hotel . Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are not massive but not to small. It’s very quiet considering the size of the hotel. My only negative would be the shower isn’t great but your able to run a bath fast. I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again ! "

"The Filipino gentleman at the concierge desk turned us on to some 'hidden gem' restaurants merely blocks away! He, in particular, really helped make our stay outstanding. The hotel was great; sorta like a US style but smaller Marriot. The location was safe and clean. A Whole Foods down the block was convenient as well. If you get off the beaten path you'll find London food at its best. However, other than the park and Royal Albert hall, you'll have to travel a bit to get to the sites on the river. That said, the hop-on-hop-off buses stop right there."

"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"

"Fantastic property. The Tivoli Hotel is exceptionally clean and hospitable. The staff is very cordial and attentive. The sauna and pool are clean and, most importantly, free. The food is out of this world. I’m from the US and used to the mediocrity of service and quality. For the affordable cost, this hotel is the best place I ever stayed. Can’t give a better review. Fantastic! "
