Our room was the type that has a 'backyard' with our own hot spring (think jacuzzi with a water fall feature, surrounded by plants and flowers, and heated by a volcano). Though property has excellent amenities like pools, bar, restaurants, and hots springs, the actual rooms are very old and dated. Many issues with room itself. Floors and bath rooms are stained and looks dirty due to lack of maintenances.
