Lot's of family / connect spaces in the home for a great weekend. Beds/mattresses were super comfortable as well which my kids/wife appreciated."

"The landlord was very responsive and there was only one small glitch with a leaking coffee maker. We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit."

"This was a perfect stay for my two grandsons and me for a fun Christmas weekend. The cottage was decorated for Christmas and there were fun sparkling lights outside as well. Very clean, and just the right size for us. Charming!"

"We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived. "We are a family of 7 with kids’ ages ranging from 14-22 and loved our 3-night stay in early January 2025. We were lucky with the weather so we could enjoy the patios as well as the large kitchen / living space. Could use another place to sleep like a pullout, since teens really don’t like to share beds, other than that, well worth the money!"

"Good size. Nice location. Need new kitchen floor. Old water damage has caused the wood to warp. Too bad no way to get to deck on roof of the property. View would have been amazing especially at night."

"Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "
