"This is my second visit to the hotel i found the telephone in the room not working, you cannot call reception or room service, also the cleaning team knocking doors several times for clean in spit of there is sign on door if you need them they are noisy."

"Really good value for money. Bed was really comfortable, heating was good, very clean room. Within walking distance to the centre (15-20 minutes) or a few minutes walk from tram / metro station. Convenience store nearby. Staff really friendly, helpful and spoke great English. Only downside is the walls are really thin and I had some noisy guests next door. "We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
