"Observation rise is a large and spread out apartment complex on the beach side of the highway. It is an older facility which means that the apartments are a good size with generous balconies. Our apartment had been refurbished and was updated with modern and functional fixtures and fittings. The pools and gym are a good size and the apartments are private. This is the second time we have stayed at Observation Rise (different apartment last time). I would happily recommend it as a place to base...

"Good location close to the city. Generally good but 2 main issues- 1) toilet and shower next to each other without shower curtain, bathroom and toilet gets flooded every time you take a shower 2) some irritating nosey neighbours"
