"This house is better than advertised. We loved it for our large group of 9. Beautiful house - comfortable beds-bathrooms and living areas. We had an issue with water and it was addressed immediately. Cold ACs in all rooms- Wi-Fi and smart tvs all worked. House keepers helpful and friendly. On the Malecón but quiet due to position of house."

"It was nice to spend time with my large family in 1 home. So much space for everyone. When we got there we had an issue with the fridge and 1 ac but right away the issue was fixed so I will keep the 5 stars. The house had amazing AC which is great with the Mazatlán heat. For sure will be booking again. Shirley and Bertha were great! "

"We really enjoyed the view and the location. Kitchen was pretty well equipped (needs a can opener). But the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. Not a lot of TV for us foreigners who only speak English (that is on us! We should learn) All in all, we had a wonderful experience"

"I have never had, nor can I imagine, better hosts. The owner was marvelously communicative, and answered every question in great detail. She even added a large pot to the kitchen supplies at my request. All of that gave me a great feeling about renting from her. On arrival, we were met by her helper, who was very friendly and attentive. She handed us keys and gate passes, so we had no trouble at all with check-in. "This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great."
