"Overall stay was amazing! The staff were all so helpful and welcoming. The resort was super clean and beach and stores/malls are all walking distance. Only thing was we got 2 queen beds instead of a king bed, but it wasn’t a big deal, the ocean front view was what mattered. I would definitely recommend this resort! "

"The hotel is clean and quiet. It is not on the beach- the beach is a short walk down a walkway across the street. If you have an oceanfront room, you do have a nice view of the ocean and Diamond Head. We got a notice that the management would enter our room if we did not have it cleaned. I was trying to save on laundering the linens, but we ended up having the maid every other day so the management would not enter the room. "

"I liked the breakfast, the room itself, and the proximity to the beach. The part I didn't like was the elevator situation. We often waited a long time to get on, only to be crammed in like sardines."

"Stayed one night. Our room only had two double beds would prefer queen. A bit dated but clean! Let us have a late check out. "

"There was only one disappointment. We went to the adult pool at the Ocean Tower and found the towel cabinet completely empty. There were 6 guests sitting on the chaise lounges and EACH one had two towels covering their chairs DESPITE the sign that guests take one towel per person. And these people NEVER went into the water. I had to get a towel from my room. Selfish entitled people "
