Astoria 303 is an ideal mid-town location for your Ocean City vacation on the ocean block at 45th Street close to the convention center, Seacrets, Tap House, Candy Kingdom, mini golf and more! This two bedroom, two bath condo is handsomely decorated, offering a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, a separate dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Conveniences abound including a full sized washer and dryer, three TV's, complimentary WiFi, and a jacuzzi tub in the primary bath. A private east facing balcony is accessible from the living room where you'll be able to relax and breathe in the ocean air. Astoria's amenities include an elevator for easy access, two parking spots, a fantastic rooftop outdoor pool, and and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. Sleeping up to six guests, the condo includes a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
