"Amazing hotel and spa in Nagano area. About 30mins by bus from Nagano Station to Kandabashi station. Then 2min walk to the hotel. Hotel has an onsen which is great! Lobby has drinks and snacks at different times of the day. Includes unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, tea, coffee, water and snacks. Coin laundry with dryer is available if you need to wash clothes. Great view of the mountains from our room. "

One of the highlights was the daily shuttle service to both Hakuba 47 and Happo One, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes without worrying about transportation. After long days skiing, returning to a cozy and well-appointed hotel was the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast each morning was a satisfying start to the day, leaving us full and fueled for our adventures. The hotel’s restaurant was another standout feature, especially the teppan dining experience—expertly prepared and delicious. "Located adjacent to the train station, this modern hotel had plenty of amenities and warm comfortable and quiet rooms. Close to restaurants and shopping. Amazing food and gourmet items and local wine and sake in the walkway connected upper level of the train station. Friendly staff at the front desk. Our hotels.com reservation was located with just passport. Our bill matched our pre-reserved price."

"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "
