"Great option along I-71. One of the best points of this hotel is the staff. The service was great, they speak English that those of us who speak English is a first language can understand and do not have the negative foreign vibe that so many hotels do nowadays in America. This hotel is on my go to list when am in the area. To the staff keep up the good work. To your competition, come stay here and learn how a good hotel can be run. "

"Easy check in"

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"Property was clean, conveniently located by shopping plazas and in a safe neighborhood. Only concern was pool and hot-tub should be cleaned frequently."

"The staff was very kind and welcoming . The hotel needs work . The carpet, sofa and chair in the room we were in were badly stained. The tub had a permanent ring in it also. Since we got there in the evening and left first thing in the morning I didn’t make a fuss about it. Thank God the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good and fresh . "
