"Clean room overall, clean beds, clean bathroom, great service. My only criticism is that they need to clean their windows. We paid extra for a river view room and the view wasn’t too great due to dirty windows."

"We are Indy residents but stayed here for a family staycation on New Years Eve. We enjoyed our clean comfortable room and the warm indoor pool. Coffee and tea were provided in our room but onsite Starbucks is a plus, too! Check in staff were friendly and celebrating the New Year. It was a fun stay!"

"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would...
