Staff were super helpful and we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated. Hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. An easy walk from Shinjuku train station.

The room was small as I expected so it was difficult opening 2 luggage’s at the same time but still really beautiful room and hotel. It also isn’t walking distance to any major tourist areas in Tokyo so be prepared to take a lot of trains/taxis to get to Ginza, Asakusa, Shibuya. Great staff, very nice and helpful. We had our luggage shipping to our next hotel and the hotel staff did everything for us and it got to us in Osaka in 24hrs with no problems!
