All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, Blackout Shades, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps and live Roku TV.
● Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite with King size bed, ensuite walk in shower bath and large walk-in closet
● Bedroom 2 – King size bed, shared hallway tub/shower combination bath and closet
KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is open to the dining room and living area, perfect for entertaining. The dining area offers seating for 4, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen counter. Features include brand-new stainless-steel gas range, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Single serve coffee machine for cups with a ground coffee filter, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space for meal prepping, and a large pantry for storage. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain and enjoy a family meal. We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, dish soap, toilet tissue and laundry soap. Additional items needed during your stay are to be self-supplied.
LIVING SPACES:
Open and bright, our living room has a comfortable sofa, 1 oversized chair and a 75" smart Roku TV perfect for streaming your favorite movies and games. Behind the sofa is a comfortable sofa table with 2 stools perfect for accomplishing work from home tasks, while still being in the living space with family and friends.
LAUNDRY:
Located just off the kitchen is a washer and gas dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use. In the spacious hallway closet you will also find a vacuum, broom and mop for your convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Spacious lanai with comfortable outdoor seating with ceiling fan for a breeze. Additional outdoor seating and a propane gas grill available on side terrace. Propane tank provided during your stay.
Parking for 1 vehicle on driveway. Garage parking is occupied by the Golf Cart. Street parking is available for second vehicle if necessary.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Available Items onsite include- 4 Pool Towels, highchair and Pack-n-Play for those traveling with small children.
Guest will have full exclusive use of the home, with the exception of the locked storage units inside the garage, as this is private owner storage space. We ask that all guests please respect owners' privacy and not attempt to access private spaces.

In order to access all Village amenities, a guest pass is required. GUEST PASSES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS' OUTSIDE OF LAKE, MARION AND SUMTER COUNTIES. Please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like guest passes during your stay and we will request them for you, complimentary. Upon arrival, you will need to collect your passes at the Ezell recreation center during normal business hours by presenting an ID. Passes are a bonus and not guaranteed.
**NOTE: Passes are collected Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00PM. Keep this in mind when booking your reservation, if your travel dates are on weekends you may not be able to collect passes- ADDITIONALLY, PASSES WILL ONLY BE REQUESTED FOR THE REGISTERED GUESTS ON OUR RESERVATION, NOT FOR YOUR YOUR FRIENDS OR RELATIVES VISITING YOU DURING YOUR STAY WITH US.**

Detailed Check in Instructions will be provided 24-72 hours prior to your arrival, and a QR code for our digital house welcome book will be included (a copy you can scan will also be available at the home) with information that may be helpful throughout your stay.

POLICIES
- Guests are required to review and sign our STVR Rental Agreement and Golf Cart Waiver prior to arrival to consider your reservation confirmed. NO SIGNED WAIVER OR AGREEMENT, no access to home or golf cart.
- No smoking.
- 1 PET Considered, depending on size, age and breed. Guest will be required to pay a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00 and agree to our pet policy. Please message us directly for pet approval and information if you would like to travel with a pet. **If you are travelling with a trained Service Animal, we ask that you please have the courtesy of advising prior to arrival to make the home service animal ready, out of respect for future guest who may have allergies. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not trained service animals, and a pet fee will apply**
- No events, parties or large gatherings, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a residential neighborhood and courtesy to our neighbors is always our priority.
- Occupancy not to exceed 4 overnight guests, and no more than 6 guest total onsite at any time,
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This is a 55+ community, therefore one person at least 55 years of age or older is required for reservations longer than 7nights.
