"The property was dirty, we had to clean prior to our stay. There was dirty laundry on the floor in the downstairs bathroom, apparently the tenant on the property was using the laundry room. The bathroom had trash in the can, toilets unclean dead bugs all over. Trash on the upstairs balcony, was not what we expected to encounter for the price we paid"

"Super nice unit and a great location. Short walk to the beach. Chair rentals and beach bar/restaurant right there. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and golf. Would definitely come back."

"Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)"

"The location is great, near the beach, loved that. A few things could make the stay better is to replace carpet in bedrooms, my preference is no carpet. I prefer less stairs, there's one upon entrance then up to the 2 bedroom, which mattress was worn. They did replace quickly, but 2 night went, and then stayed until the new mattress arrived. Location is safe. I purchased a can opener which I left, but otherwise it is stocked well with necessities. bedrisn "
