"Loved the hotel, breakfast was great and so was the bar, came for a football game. Rental scooters outside the hotel and the stadium were the fastest way to and from the game! Also they were really fun and easy to use! Kids had a blast touring around on the scooters! Staff was friendly. "I was in town with my 2 kids to see a football game. This was a very convenient location but we were not treated very kindly when we arrived. I will need to get better at paying attention to names of the staff there was one women at the front desk who was incredibly kind, she was very positive and friendly the other couple women were the polar opposite. We had a great encounter with a women at pier 1515 and the breakfast we ordered to go was great and reasonable priced. Having to pay $17 a day...

"Stayed here for a month for an audition rotation at IF Health Jacksonville. I live in TX full time and needed a place to stay while working at the hospital. Place was reasonably priced and just south of where I was working so the commute was super short and convenient. Unit was great. Had almost everything I needed. Functional kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable bed was great. Place was right in downtown w close and easy highway access. Only downsides are the location has a fair amount of homeless people that wander around and can make one feel uneasy. 2nd is no free on-site parking. Had to pay to park during normal business hours on weekdays. Other than that, no complaints. Place had everything I needed as a solo traveler for a month at an affordable price in a convenient location for me. Would absolutely stay in this unit again."

Our stay was fine but we wish we knew a few things before booking

"The location is close to things within walking distance, however there isn't much worth walking to & it doesn't seem like the best area to be walking. You can tell the city is working to make the area better, but it isn't there yet. I will say, at night everyone has cute lights set up, so that was pretty. We went to a liquor store but all of them have the liquor locked up behind the register if that tells you anything. Things we felt that were worth doing were at least a 15 minute drive away, which was no big deal but I wanted to share incase others were thinking there was more to do closer. There is also no driveway so you park on the street. It wasn't too hard to park but it might be for larger groups. The home was clean but we did see several dead bugs in the corners of rooms & under some harder to reach places. This made us feel like it wasn't cleaned as well as we would have liked. The sheets and towels were also clean but some of them were stained & had strands of hair stuck in them, I know this is hard to prevent, but it made them feel less clean. The house was nice, but it seemed like someone moved out and it was flipped into a rental in a weekend. There are holes in the walls where something was hanging and wasn't patched up & most things seemed quickly done. Again, it was nice but not as high end as the photos made us think. The king bed is not in the room with the bathroom (it's a queen). The rental is upstairs so if you have trouble with stairs this is not for you"
