"The hotel is next to a gas station and truck stop but not as intimidating as I thought it would be. The front desk clerk was very nice, the hotel and room was clean. We checked in late at night so it wasn’t busy and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was available as stated nothing too fancy, it was as expected. I stayed one night because I wasn’t in town for very long but would definitely stay again. "

"The Riverdale Inn is beautifully restored and there are some lovely rooms in the main house. We had one night in a pretty, spacious light room at the top of the house. Unfortunately our second and third nights were in “Lancaster, a premium double room” in a converted garage in a second building in the car park. "We was very happy with the hotel. Yes they are under construction but it is to improve the place. The indoor area is was nice with a pool. The manager was on top of any problem you might have. They are limited on sraff, the staff they have with be happy to help. We had an issue with the A/C unit. The front desk lady even let us use a fan for the night. "Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both.
