"This property is very run down and poorly maintained. The staff are very courteous and kind but know they are in a loosing situation. Examples; no wifi on upper floors, the elevator only worked sporadically, the carpets and walls in the halls and rooms was stained and damaged, the lobby restaurant is very limited. This facility needs to go to a new Hotelier that can get it back into shape as it is in a good location. "

"My family stayed one night only, but we really liked that there was two rooms and the living room was comfortable and pleasant. There was plenty of kitchen ware. The place was clean. The only thing I would recommend is having shower slippers, the floor can stay wet awhile after your shower. "

"I entered this suite to discover filthy conditions. Crumbs all over the sofa. Random dirty water on the floor in multiple places. Bedsheets that looked like they were slept in five minutes ago. "Room was great since it has easy access to the kids pool. Amenities provided was good. But the room especially the toilet was rather small. Facilities provided is good. Breakfast was average. The restaurant was indeed spacious but they might need to consider to open two buffet line instead of one to cater the crowd/ guests.
