This resort is one of the nicer ones I have visited. There's lots of amenities, dining options, and the ambiance is excellent. The staff is super nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is my room had dirty pillow covers which is why I had to knock down the cleanliness rating slightly. Overall I would visit again in the future.

The parrot in the lobby was a hit with my kids. The pool and amount of activities that are offered are well worth the resort fee. If someone was in town for a Disney trip make it a point to spend a full day the property to enjoy the amenities offered. Will rebook in the future for the next family trip to Orlando.

I Loved everything, most comfortable stay I've ever experienced in Orlando! The staff was amazing especially the Lakehouse restaurant breakfast staff, Mr Abe and Yousef are great people, soo was everyone there! Pools and all amenities was soo clean, poolside food was awesome also the service they provide, they're soo many other things but really and truly have nothing negative to say about this property.

The hotel was amazing and very accommodating. When i walked in i could smell how clean the hotel was. The only down side was the handicap parking. Im a disable veteran and on 2 occasions i had to park at the overflow parking because there was no open spaces out front.
