Outstanding Beauty is a four-bedroom house with a large, private heated pool, retro arcade room, and cinema room including an air hockey and table tennis table within the Encore at Reunion Resort gated community. Create everlasting memories with your loved ones at this luxurious and tastefully decorated home.
Contactless check-in (access code will be provided) is utilized for this home.
Our bright and modern home is southeast facing, so you’ll be able to enjoy your pool time in the sunshine all day (10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. between October and March, and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from April to September). You'll also have access to the Reunion West pools as an added perk.
THE SPACE
This retreat is the perfect home base for your next magical adventures.
This two-story home enjoys a grand, open floorplan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The modern kitchen boasts wood cabinets, granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances - you have everything you need to prepare culinary masterpieces for the group! Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room featuring a popcorn machine, a smart TV with streaming and cable services, and your very own Ping-Pong/air hockey table. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs, including the primary suite. One bathroom is an en-suite with a large shower, the main bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and there is a downstairs bathroom with a shower.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept living space downstairs features comfortable seating, as well as a TV with DirectTV and streaming capabilities. It overlooks the pool deck with sliding doors. WiFi boosters throughout the home ensure fully functioning and stable internet.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island breakfast bar. It has a large fridge and freezer (with an integrated ice machine), oven, slow cooker, microwave, blender, and dishwasher. You'll also find a multitude of cooking utensils, silverware, dinnerware, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a doorbell camera facing out to the street, one overlooking the driveway, and one on the far backside of the house facing the pool system and the street.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
