Villa Betty Boo is on the prestigious Hampton Lakes Community which has basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, also children's play areas for your free use. Hampton Lakes is beautifully landscaped and is a very secure community.
Villa Betty Boo has 4 spacious bedrooms and can sleep 8 people plus infants comfortably.

THE MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the pool and has A CONTEMPORARY EN-SUITE BATHROOM with walk in shower/bath, toilet and large vanity unit, a king size bed, 45" HD smart cable TV, ceiling fan and large walk in wardrobe.

BEDROOM TWO has a queen size bed with large built in mirrored wardrobe, 32" Flat Screen cable TV, ceiling fan and shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3 & 4.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each along with large mirrored built in wardrobes.
The 1st twin is a Betty Boop Theme room with Flat screen cable TV & and bedroom 4 is a Toy Story theme with Flat screen cable TV and PS2. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is a contemporary style, with a bath, shower, vanity and WC.

THE FORMAL LOUNGE has 2 comfortable 3 seat sofas, coffee table and dining table for 8 people.

THE FAMILY ROOM has 2 large sofa's, two chairs, coffee table, Large Flat Screen 65'' 4K smart Cable TV with DVD player and X-Box with two controllers and games, this room has a ceiling fan and leads to the pool area via patio doors, it is also connected to the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and enough crockery and cooking utensils for more than 10 people. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs.

THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and board, hoover etc.

GAMES ROOM, with pool table, foosball table, basketball, darts and a seating area.

THE POOL is 28' and south west facing, it can be heated and has a pool blanket for the winter months it is floodlit. Pool heat is an additional £20 per night. The deck is large and also floodlit, we have ample patio furniture and loungers and also have a privacy fence and child safety fence. A BBQ is available for rent from $90 per week.

Villa Betty Boo is fully air conditioned and has central heating. The pool is floodlit and can be heated at an additional cost of £20 per night and has a pool blanket. There is a £30 cleaning charge on bookings under 7 nights. A gas BBQ can be rented for $60 per week.

This fantastic villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins. away, Universal 20 mins. We have a Publix supermarket and Applebees Restaurant across the road along with the highly renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are many more courses within a short drive. Champions Gate only 5 mins.

Fun stay in Davenport
My family of 5 stayed at Villa Betty Boo at Hamptons Lake in June for a trip to Universal Orlando. The house was welcoming and as listed and had plenty of space for all of us. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and us adults were able to rake a swim or stay in the A/C and be only steps away. There were towels, and bathroom essentials that made our stay easy. The house needs a little tlc to make it a true 5 star, the game room is dark and hot although the kids didn't seem to care and had fun out there, and a few more pots and pans for cooking for a larger family would have been welcomed but we made it work just fine. Checking in and out was a breeze and the home was easy to find. Seemed as though the previous guests left garbage in the outside trash receptical which we believe should have been picked up the day before our arrival, which made it a tight squeeze for all of our trash for the week as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were traveling in the area.

House needs a good deep cleaning
The property is a beautiful home with lots of potential. When I first arrived I went in each room to Lysol sheets and linens. 2 rooms has lashes & curly hair on the pillow cases and/or sheets. I feel as if they weren’t washed but Karen (property manager) claimed she was there the night before and they were. My kids had to use our shower everyday due to the one in their rooms not working, porch lights not working, blinds literally fall to floor when touched, walls have food and nasty stains on them. Not a paint issue but just dirty walls. My sons room has what looks like smeared poop on the walls. The pool was dirty with all types of uses toys last family left I assume. Kitchen fridge had food in it, covid is still out ! Not eating food out of the fridge that someone left and I expected it to be thrown away. No trash bags, paper towels, not even one roll! Overall good property, close to theme parks but the current management company needs to be fired! I called Karen and she said she would let owners know, but I haven’t heard from anyone. Stay at your own risk!

Property was nice, but could use a few maintenance - showers/showerheads were not working properly, hard to use. Linens on kids beds are faded and could be updated. Same with towels - faded and frayed. All the walls are nicely painted, and then doors are scuffed and could used touched up. Unable to locate wifi password. Book with info contradicted some of the emails received. Listed what's close: grocery, etc but didn't list out specifically what was close or their addresses. We had a lovely time and it did serve our needs, but could be spruced up a bit in a few places.

Potentially perfect, but in need of some love and attention
Having read all the reviews on the villa prior to booking and our visit, it’s safe to say we had some reservations, but the details made it seem perfect for our needs (for a baby and a wheelchair user) and at point of booking Bernie was fab at communication and responded to all our queries. On arrival at the villa we were blown away by the space, high ceilings and large rooms, however this was short lived. With a teenager WiFi is essential, however there were no details available and the password on the router didn’t work. We contacted the property manager who assured us she’d contact Bernie and come back to us....she rang back about an hour later to see if we’d found it, we hadn’t and thereafter (and still to date) we’ve heard absolutely nothing back! Thankfully for us we managed to reset the router and set the password back up, to prevent a meltdown from the teenager (and also to ensure data roaming charges were avoided). The villa itself, whilst fantastically spacious, was unclean and also had lots of downsides - we collected 2 bags worth of rubbish from around the pool and villa - there was mountains of rubbish by the bins (despite the neighbour putting the bins out twice weekly) - the electrics were temperamental, sockets sometimes worked and sometimes not, light bulbs blew frequently - the fridge was about a metre further in to the kitchen than it should have been (we moved it back) - the bathrooms were both dirty (we cleaned them) - there were only 2 half toilet rolls supplied - the drawers in the bedrooms had both rubbish in them and were extremely dirty - someone else’s clothes were still under the bed in the main bedroom - all the crockery, glasses and cutlery were filthy and had to be washed before use (not ideal after a 20 hour journey to get to Orlando) Then there were some random things - 2 balls from the pool table were randomly found under the sofa cushions - TV control hidden under the sofa in multiple pieces - the pool cues were in pieces and had to be put back together - the hdmi cable from the main tv was disconnected - there was no information about the villa (WiFi details, rubbish day, etc.) We can only put the stuff down to either disgruntled previous renters or the housekeeper...it’s a real shame though as the house could be fantastic and easily rented out for a higher figure if it was properly looked after and renovated.

Fantastic House!
We had a great stay at Villa Betty Boop. Only wishing it had been a little longer. Everything about the house is exactly as described and the pool was perfect when we had some down time from the parks.
