The property appeared to look a little older when compared to other options but does include a small kitchen and washing machine and dryer. On the last day, we made an early checkout but requested to leave our bags at the front. We returned with a few breakfast items and requested to sit in a table and to borrow utensils to enjoy our breakfast; unfortunately, they made it very difficult to provide access to a table and we didn’t get a fork and knife so we can eat a quick breakfast.

Close to large metro station and numerous restaurants and stores. Short walk, 5 minutes, from Dotombori which was entertaining at night. Very welcoming staff at front desk and breakfast restaurant. Very comfortable and quiet 1 bedroom suite on 11th floor. Would return.

This hotel was right in the heart of Namba so close to the train stations and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We loved having the washer/dryer in our room so we could do laundry while we were out. There was also a kitchenette fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, but we didn't have time to cook while we were there for 2 nights. The shower was excellent. We liked having the ecofriendly slippers provided which had a thicker sole and can be rewashed. The room was a very good size for a hotel in Japan. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, both Japanese and Western. The hotel was extra secure because you needed to use your key card to access the elevator floor that you are supposed to be on. We definitely would stay here again the next time we are in Osaka and would highly recommend to our friends/family.

Second hotel for my trip so the washing machine & dryer is a saver for us as we can throw the clothes in and go to sleep. Overall the room is quite clean except the toilet and kitchen area have slight smell (I am sensitive to smell). Bed is abit small for 2 adults and 1 3 years old kid to sleep together. They only can add on sofa bed outside the room which don’t work for us. Overall stay is decent

Love that we have a lot of drawers/ areas to store our clothes. Love the smell of the provided laundry detergent- I even had to ask reception the name of the detergent. Love all the amenities provided. The staff are WONDERFUL, especially SHIELA during our buffet breakfast which was included in our stay. Love the breakfast food- so much variety. However, we noticed the bed is hard for us to sleep on. It is too firm for us. But overall, I preferred this hotel than the one where we stayed at Tokyo for the rest of our Japan vacay. I would definitely book here again if we do come back to Osaka again ❤️

The actual room was smaller than I expected but everything else was great. Having a full kitchen and laundry in room was perfect with a young child. Room had enough space for her to run around and staff was helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend and will return the next time we’re in Osaka.
