The staff at the hotel is what made the experience for us at this hotel. The room was large but the bathroom was small and there was a bit of an odour in the room but the staff were extremely helpful and kind and we had a great stay overall.

Great location with a train station just 150 m away and Dotonbori and other areas of interest (eg. main Shinsaibashi shopping and Ameri-kamura) within walking distance (say 10-30 minutes) away. Convenient stores everywhere. There's an owl cafe next door. Korean restaurant also next door (on other side) serves a good Korean breakfast as its hard to find breakfast options in Japan as most places don't open till 10 am. Staff put our luggage into rooms as we had left them in lobby prior to check in time. Hotel is a little dated, but that's not so important. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel near the shopping and entertainment districtsof Osaka. Nice bug room for the 4 of us: parents and two teenage boys. Clean and a bit dated but convenient. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel just a good midrange place.
