"The hotel is extremely nice with large rooms and vending machines in a couple floors. It's in a very rich area. There's a lot of luxury brands like Ferrari, Rolex, and Lamborghini in the immediate vicinity around the hotel. There's also a nice extension of Doutonbori a couple streets over to go shopping without walking the full 20 minutes to the heart of Doutonbori."

"I would give this hotel a well-deserved 6-star rating! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel's generosity with check-out time was a lovely surprise - they allowed us to stay until 2 pm. This is particularly impressive given that most Osaka hotels have a strict 10 am check-out time, with extensions usually incurring an extra charge. "Excellent stay!!! We were very comfortable with our room, extremely clean, room size was big enough compare to other hotel in Japan where we stayed. Very quiet hotel. Let’s talk about the location— - - right next to the metro station 2stop to Namba station. Which is the best part, we don’t have to walk much to get to the metro.. Also, next to FamilyMart... Amazing!!!!! Another best part of this hotel is the Onsen. Affordable hotel with Onsen. I will stay here again when I come back to Osaka....

"Although the room is small, but it is well equipped with everything that you need!! There is a public bath in level 3 and convenient store 7-11 is available at the same floor. If you are shy to go to the public bath, the bathroom in the room come with a mini bathtub where you can enjoy yourself in your room. The hotel is at a strategy location which is just a few minutes walk to the train station or metro station at heart of Namba area. We enjoyed our stay during our visit at Osaka and definitely will stay here again next time we revisit Osaka! Highly recommended!!"

"Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, this hotel will give you all the offerings you need for your stay. With the included shuttle service from Osaka Station (Near Starbucks at Sakurabashi Exit) to the Hotel, this will reduce your travel time to and from the hotel from work or sightseeing. The offered amenities and restaurants are second to none and showcase a high class dining experience that every person would enjoy from the traditional Japanese cuisine, to the exquisite Chinese food with a view of the city. The offered breakfast option includes a Japanese/Western Buffet option or a Traditional Japanese breakfast. The buffet offers a variety of choices with lots of unique flavors and diets for everyone. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderful option of drinks and an included minibar. They also offer laundry services and a car rental as well in the Hotel. The hotel also has a mini mall within the basement of the Hotel with great options and a tasty bakery/sweets shop at the lobby. Overall, This was one of the most exceptional places I've stayed at while in Japan and would love to book here again in the future!"
