"Initially after a pre selected checkin time I was told my room wasnt ready with not eta for when it was going to be ready. The manager took full accountability and provided me with compensation. I really appreciated his professionalism. The resort itself is quite nice with lots to do and the staff are polite. Only minor thing is that it needs a bit of a refreshing for paint, wallpaper etc"
