"Really beautiful, clean, and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The butler service was a nice addition however we did not really use it. The rooms are gorgeous, beds comfortable. Everything you need to feel at home. We did have drinks at the lobby bar, Astor, which was nice. We ate at Louix Louis on the 31st floor.
