"When we walked into our room the 1st thing we saw was paint/part on the ceiling all over the floor, and heater. I took a picture and went down ans showed the lady that checked us in. All she said was wow they mist not have known. The hotel was booked and I had to stay in that room with my 2 small children 5 and 2. Thank god it was freezing as we couldn't use our heater.
