"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

"Our family of five very much enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable, and cool flat while in Venice. Two of the rooms had air conditioning available which was very welcome with the warm temperatures and humidity outside. There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for all of us. We were right next to one of Venice's canals and could watch boats and gondolas glide by below."

"Filipo and Silvia have designed a lovely and very comfortable apartment located right by the canal. They are very responsive hosts and make themselves available. There are very good locally frequented restaurants nearby. The area is perfect - a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist center but close enough to get everywhere. "Great location in Venice, very close to all the main sites and transport. Staff were super helpful, polite and made me feel welcome, thank you. The room was quite small but everything worked fine and suited a weekend stay. Be aware that the hotel is close to the main tourist areas so can be noisy in the evening. Breakfast was a good selection and there is a great view of Ponte di Realto from the balcony."

Surprised as we checked in!

"We appreciated the location very much . It was easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and just like the picture that I saw in the advertisement. Although the television did not work, as well as the phone for room service. We did not appreciate that the guy at the reception when he told us that they were putting us in a better room and in the side of the hotel that he called the better area. He reference that the other side was were we should be. He got on the phone and spoke with someone in Italian with someone on the phone, after hanging up the phone he said he was going to need to charge us $15 per Person per day for the use of the elevator. When I made the reservation I saw that they had an elevator for us it is important as my husband has a hard time going through several stairs . As I heard his comment I told him we had no choice and he marked something down in the paperwork that he had for our room. Nothing that we would’ve charged $15 fee per day per person. At time of check out nothing was charged as we mentioned the to the person that was at the front desk what we were told the night before. Otherwise their breakfast was absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of food. Thank you"

"Staff were super nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is only 2 minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and about 17 minutes walk from the train station. Lots of shops and cafes/restaurants just a few steps from the hotel. We left very satisfied after our two nights stay here. Thanks! "
