The only issue was arriving to a room full of mosquitoes, and we woke up with a bunch of bites despite keeping the windows and door closed. "The hotel is 5 minute walk to the tram system that took us into Florence. It had underground parking that was quite safe. The staff was over and beyond helpful. We arrived late check in, was out late one night, and the overnight staff was the most delightful man to chat with. He was like a long lost friend. My wife and I had such a great time chatting with him. The breakfast was worth the addition to buy. It was a good place to stay."
