Regarding Hotel - very nice, awesome and courteous and very helpful - from doorman, to bellmen, front desk as well staff for the breakfast. Highly recommend for the quality stay in Palermo. "

"A terrific place to stay in the heart of Palermo’s Old town within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the Palermo Cathedral, and the Palace. The staff were wonderful and oh so helpful! The breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The rooms were clean and beds decently comfortable. The decor was as simple and tasteful. One could not hear the street noise . The hotel provided ear plugs which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. There is no elevator but the staff are very willing to run your luggage to the upper floors "
