Great for the whole family

Meeting up with parents
We were meeting up with our parents who were driving in from Montana with their dog. This was the perfect place to meet. Far enough outside the city so they didn't have to deal with traffic. The pool and hot tub were great. The place was spacious and comfortable for everyone. I would definitely recommend.

The property was exactly like listed. The arrival basket was a welcome treat and we were able to grab some snacks while we explired the area. The master bed is very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. Conveniently located off a main street but far enough away from theain drag to have a quiet stay.

Perfect house for a relaxed vacation
We had a great experience in this house. It was spotless and well stocked with everything from extra towels to paper plates, shampoo, conditioner and shower soap and anything else we could think of. Dwight, the manager, went above and beyond in being communicative and responsive to questions or issues before and during our stay. We loved the roomy living room with the reclining couch seats. The beds were comfy, and blackout blinds ensured peaceful sleep. However the highlight and jewel of this property is the pool and spa. The pool is really big, and the spa is just amazing. This property is especially appropriate for families with small children. We chose this house because it has a fence separating the outside sitting area and the pool. This allowed our toddler to be able to run around freely outside as long as the gate to the pool was closed. This safety feature gave me the peace of mind I needed to be able to relax and not worry or have to watch my toddler 24/7 for fear of falling in the pool. We will definitely be back- thank you for an amazing and relaxing break.

Pool is great size for families and had pool toys. House was clean. Loved how when we walked in the tvs were on playing music, it smelled good and nice welcome package with treats/wine on kitchen counter. Nice touch! Only real complaint worth mentioning is the outlets in bathroom didn’t work for our blow dryer. They worked for curling iron/razor but not for blow dryer. Had to blow dry in living room. Location is convenient to everything. Dwight was very responsive. Thank you!

Pool needs a ton of work, dirty, mosquito infestation issue/ants flying in pool, no pool person cleaning it, it was clear that the owner doesn't have a bug man anymore, you must have a bug man when you own a pool, we got eaten up by the bugs, I had to buy 4 citronella candles have them burn and we had to leave pool by 5PM because of the bugs, they will feed off you. Washer/dryer very old. The washer broke while trying to wash towels to have fresh ones after using them for 3 days. Will not return nor recommend. Disappointed, this was our 2nd time renting this house and our 1st time was great, but no longer the case.

Perfect for quiet getaway
Overall, house was clean and just like it was described. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still so close to many stores and restaurants. The pool was heated, which was a biggie for us as we have young kids who love their pool time.

Clean but very dated and run down
I do not enjoy giving poor reviews for anything, especially for someone’s home…in-fact I choose almost always to not leave a review if having to do so. However if more of the reviews are honest and forthcoming we would have been either more accepting of our booking or chosen to go elsewhere. My points are as follows: -mostly clean property, excellent check in, beds in 2 of bedrooms were good, manager was good and responded quickly re check in and good location for our needs -Evolve properties communication was excellent before and during our visit -newer fridge and microwave -sparsely furnished but sufficient other than run down furniture. TV worked well but fireplace did not. -some amenities provided, small cleaning supplies, detergent etc but not enough given price point and other properties we have stayed at -house is very dated, old cupboards that don’t close well, oven door is broken but still worked, small oven -bath shower curtain rusty and small amount of mold, very old, bath tub repairs done look poorly patched and added to cheap feel in the master -none of the lights in house had a dimmer, so spotlight type lighting -sheets in back double bed area don’t stay on beds -marks on walls in some areas, pool area stained tiles and in need or replacement- really it needs an upgrade or expect a house with most things from early 80s - good location and small choice of rentals in LaQuinta was our reason for staying -bottom line we would not come back due to age of most things in house and the run down feel of the whole property -they could paint and update a number of things and would be better We normally give 5 star reviews and we are not unreasonable guests.

Great pool, lots of pool floaty options, really nice outdoor sitting area. My only complaint is they had a big laminated sign to tell you when to take trash out to curb but no note on when the pool guy or gardener was coming. Twice we were surprised by random guys showing up in the backyard and having to move to inside while they were there. As female rentals - random guys all of a sudden showing up in not acceptable.

Great home lots or room, quiet neighbourhood and easy to access shops and restaurants. Easily accommodated 4 adults, little dated but nice home, bedrooms need a cleaning very dusty and dirty under couch and in bureau's. Overall we were pleased with our stay and Dwight was great to deal with

good, but...
Good time but Keurig stopped working, direct tv lost signal , several coffee cups were chipped but worse of all on our last morning the pool cleaner came at 6:30 AM and made noise while we were trying to sleep and at 8.30 leaf blower arrive. I told the manager and he said he'd tell owner but I never heard anything from anyone.

Girls getaway in La Quinta
Great property to get away from it all and relax with friends. House wonderful and backyard very quaint and private. Perfect place to stay while in La Quinta with both a private pool and hot tub and allows dogs. We had a great time and this was the first time I have travelled with a pet.

The house is big enough fo a family, but the two of us loved it. This was our 4th stay. The primary reason is the pool. It was heated and was fabulous. They have a wide array of floaties and pool toys.

Wonderful Gem and Retreat
This perfectly furnished home was a welcome retreat. When we entered the front door, the home smelled clean and was clean. Soft music was playing, there was a welcome basket with all the information we needed to get acquainted with the home and area. We cooked in the kitchen and had all the supplies and equipment we needed to take care of ourselves-nice pans and dishes. Great fridge with ice maker. Washer and dryer were very nice and so glad we had them. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had plenty of beach towels and outdoor furniture to lounge on. The WIFI was great. Dwight came to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice about eating out, golfing and shopping. We will try to get back there again. Thank you!
