The how are you, was responded by me, about the crowded airport and obtaining my luggage was a circus due to a two groups, one flying in and one out. She immediately put me at ease and offered me something to drink. She then said we are going to make sure you relax and offered me a seat while she processed me. She then took me to my room and talked to me about the grounds, the facility in such a glowing manner. Since then I have had nothing but a relaxing, wonderful stay and do plan to return. The healthy dining options, pool, spa (2 wonderful massages) and overall ambience including the music Ono the grounds and in the restaurant added to my stay. "
