The perfect beach rental 2BR/1BA condo, top floor end unit (minimizes neighbor noise above and around) across street from the beach. Gulf View private Balcony. Sleeps 5. Full kitchen. Washer dryer. Pools. 2 cars allowed w/permit. Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Twin over Queen bunked. Living Room: Sleeper Sofa. Attractions: A mile from Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, and Thomas Donut. Bus/trolley stop is across the street. Primary Guest Age 21+ Flexible check-in/out on availability

Located on Front Beach Road Bedroom 1 has a King bed with a walk-in closet with guests luggage and clothes. A large TV and one dresser. Bedroom 2 has a Twin bed bunked over a Queen bed. The closet has been converted into a desk. Small TV. A separate sink is located in the bedroom to allow guests access if the full bathroom is occupied. Living Room has a Sleeper Sofa, TV, chair, and table for two. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with hangers for wet clothes. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and other amenities. The Washer and Dryer are located next to the refrigerator. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not permitted.
