"We were given an apartment on the ground floor next to the lift and the entrance the to property. The spa facilities were extremely smelly and unusable, nor did they work on several days. We've stayed in several PV Premier properties over many years and this is definitely not the same standard, even though it was more expensive. "I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

A lovely apartment close to a “challenging” piste

"Lovely clean, well appointed apartment with plenty of room for the four of us. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings. The piste basher was a welcome sight on the nights it was bashed. Altogether a great stay in a great location, easy to head over to les arcs via the vanoise express or into La plagne. Baker was a 5-10 minute walk. Clear communication from the apartment manager meant that check-in went without a hitch. Couldn’t fault it!"

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski area pass - this hotel is so far at one end of the area you'll never make it over to Les Arcs and there is loads of skiing in La Plagne "

"Superbly located hotel directly on the slopes and in the centre of Belle Plagne. Excellent staff and breakfast was really good. Decent size rooms with excellent views. Hot shower over bath and nice main bar with lovely fire. Decent value- will def return as such a huge ski area "
