Stunning view
We loved the view of the ocean and Kapiti Island, and the access straight onto the beach- it really made our holiday. One bedroom is a studio, open to the living space, which we adapted to. Friendly hosts. The addition of a hairdryer and coffee plunger would have been useful for us.

A great property. Lovely view, and nice to hear the sea, when the doors were open. Worked well with our 90 year old mother who had a walker. She needed a bit of assistance over some loose gravel on the driveway, but managed everything else by herself. She took her own shower chair for the wet-room style shower.

even better than the photos, so close to beach, modern clean super chilled with all the modern amenities, close to cafes,restaurants,supermarkets would definitely stay again, only recommendation would be sum frosting on front door with sensor light an other vechile lights shining into lounge at night, owner was friendly, helpful and great to deal with, highly recommend

If peace, relaxation and revitalization is what your looking for, then this is the perfect place. Beautiful modern apartment with a balcony with endless tranquil views of the ocean. Just stunning. Loved every moment and your own beach access!!! Just wow. Just a short walk along the sandy beach is the waterfront bar and restaurant 😊 Highly recommend. We will be back again for sure ✨️👍💚

Sweet Spot
A very clean and easy place to land after a long drive. Beautiful views of the beach and loved hearing the sound of the waves at night. Great location, comfy beds and linens. Michael and his wife (sorry, I forgot your name!) were super friendly, gave us some great recommendations, and are just down to earth good people. Thank you for a great stay!

Truly spectacular
The house is well insulated for sound as well as temperature, the heat pump being a very effective ac unit during the hot sticky weather during our stay. Location is amazing for a relaxing time away, beach is very safe for adults but powerful enough waves for decent body boarding. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and I'm very likely to return.

Location, location, location
We were warmly welcomed by Marcie who arrived the next day with an ironing board, without us requesting it. She predicted that we might need one for the event we were in Paraparaumu for. The apartment has stunning views and steps down to the ocean where we enjoyed swimming. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We will be back.

We enjoyed a relaxing few days enjoying the amazing views from this place. Long hours spent relaxing on the large deck space. Easy access to the beach and the kids had a blast in the water. Place is modern and clean. We had thought we had booked a house on a separate property though but this is one of 3 apartments on site. Once we got our head around this it was fine, but not what we expected from the details in the listing.
