"The staff are fabulous at this hotel - so courteous, professional, welcoming and helpful. Large, spacious, clean rooms. Very good location. The cherry on top is the wonderful gym, pool and spa facilities - brilliant touch. Lovely reception and bar area, nice place to sit outside also. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking room as part of the health club - a bit smelly at times. "

"I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one. It did not disappoint. We booked a standard room but we were upgraded - I had a personal occasion and this was a nice touch. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. The bed was quite huge. Overall we got the comfort we needed. Breakfast was included in the rate and was served in the panorama restaurant at the 3rd floor until 10 a.m. The restaurant is stylish and beautiful. We chose to have the breakfast at the terrace and we had a nice view over Sofia city. For breakfast they offer omelette, English breakfast, pancakes etc. It was delicious. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, big enough for the size of the property. There is also a children section. We enjoyed the time spent here very much, the area is quite and tranquil. In summer guests can have dinner at the bbq restaurant next to swimming pool. I must say food was absolutely delicious. Prices were higher as this is a hotel restaurant. Parking is available and is free of charge. Overall we were very pleased with out stay in the hotel and would recommend it."
