The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable—they welcomed us with refreshing lemonade tea and cool towels, which was a great touch after being out in the heat. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. A special surprise that made our stay even more memorable was the beautiful honeymoon room decoration—flowers, towel elephants, and thoughtful details that truly made us feel special. The location was also perfect—just 10 minutes from the night market, which made it super easy to go out in the evenings and return without hassle. We also appreciated the adult-only pool, which provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. Overall, Avista Hideaway exceeded our expectations, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. "If you stay in a villa they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from lobby, food was great and located only 10 min from main patong beach so you can enjoy the nightlife but then go back to peace and quiet. Highly recommend. Staff is amazing"

"I love the club suites at Amari. We are returning guests and have never stayed in the two bedroom balcony suite and this time we did. I have no regrets staying here with my family as it was just excellent. Comfortable beds and apartment with amazing breakfast (the best we have had in Phuket) at club Pakarang. The staff at the club are fantastic and we also received very good service at the rest of the hotel. I would return here again and recommend this hotel for families or couples as it is quiet yet within walking or tuk tuk distance to the busy areas of patong. The kids club is also great. "
