"The room originally given to us was not ready so room service put us in the room next door. The there is a giant frosted window to the hallway and the light is always on so your room stays well lit at night too. The sheets on both beds had some reddish brown droplets dried on them. The sheets and towels were scratchy and it feels like there is a plastic cover on the mattress it self. It served it purpose putting us close to the ferry but we probably won’t be back to this hotel if we have to...

"Made 2 res with these scammers. First one, uneventful. Checked with desk re: next res, a-o.k. On return the scam began. First they claimed it was not prepaid. Then they said they only did business with booking.con. i ANEVER DO i polutelt remibdd them of my first book with them. DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMWRS. Not only did they want me to pay again, they wanted at a higher rate. I refused and had to seek where to go at this late hour. Very inconvenient, and sure to cost more than with orbitz online....

"We had a nice experience at the hotel. The views are fantastic and there were activities available. Any issues were dealt with professionally. The only issue, and its one to keep in mind, is during high season the lagoon is closed every Wednesday. The only activity allowed is swimming so no kayaks, SUP's or boat tours. This fact was not communicated by hotel staff so it forced us to stay an extra night at more cost."
