"Booked Mt Cook View Motel and due to road closures from adverse weather meant we couldn't make the booked date. Spoke to Matthew at the Motel who was very helpful and provided updates to road closures. We managed to move the booking to a later date and arrived to find a very helpful Matthew and well appointed accommodation.
