"The house is old but kept clean and cozy. It is at a high position on the mountain with a good view of the forest and the ocean. We waked up morning with birds' song and the hummingbirds are not afraid of human at all. The meal prepared by Lilliana is very tasty. Our family enjoyed our stay of 2 nights."

"Casa Armonía worked perfectly for our family of three adult couples and one single. The house is beautiful, surrounded by the forrest. A beautiful covered area with a large table to eat and watch, monkeys, birds etc. Cose to town with many great places to eat. Can’t say enough about Silvia and her quick response with recommendations which made our trip amazing.Excellent on every way. "

"We loved this place, and would definitely stay here again! The bathrooms were well-appointed with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The shared space had everything you need for cooking. All the appliances were new, and well maintained. Included a washer and dryer, and even a swimsuit spinner. The host was very responsive. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was incredible! We saw sloths and other wildlife on the property."

"We had a comfortable stay at Brisas del Volcan. The view of the volcano was perfect with morning coffee and the bird watching in the neighborhood was pretty great also. Town and shops were a short drive. We did not use the pool. "

"Five of us stayed here for a week in June. Me, wife, 2 kids, and my mother. This property fit all our needs. I think it was nicer than the pictures. Internet was fast. Location was good(only 5 minutes from town center). House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was furnished well. Favorite part was of course the pool, swim up bar, and waterfall. We will book again if ever in the area!"

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, we felt safe at all times with the gated community with a security officer checking all visitors before entering the premises. The layout of the house was cool and our grown up kids enjoyed the pool and open area of the house. Best part is definitely the location, it is close by to the town and just a bit far enough from the town center to avoid all the noise. Stay here for a great experience in La Fortuna."

"The cabin was beautiful! The owner and team were so helpful and responsive and even let us use their laundry facilities. The air conditioning was nice and cool and the whole house was very comfortable. Would recommend! "

"The property is lovely and worked for our extended family of 8. We were in walking distance for dinner every night. Being in La fortuna for several days worked well so we didn’t have to combine too many activities in one day and could enjoy the pool in the afternoon. "

"The place was very cute but the check in for us was a nightmare. Could not get in contact with anyone and couldn’t find the exact location. Hotels.com was on the verge of finding us another place because nobody would answer the phone at the number provided when luckily another property owner knew of the place and helped us find it. Should just say in the listing to check in at Mar hotel or Don Taco."

"This was a last minute short stay, but we will definitely be back. The well maintained home was SUPER Clean & Comfortable. The location was GREAT. We felt very safe and we had EXCELLENT Communication with the owner/manager. The layout was very convenient with the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a very nice shared bathroom. "We stayed in June for 4 nights, it was a large family gathering. The house and garden are a conglomerate of multiple rooms on the side of a hill that are not connected to each other but you can access from outside. Each room has its own balcony view and charm. The garden had lots of flora and intricate pathways, zig zagging to the rooms. When it rains it can be wet and slippery; it was the rainy season. "We loved this house! It was so beautiful with all the unique wood accents, had space for our kids to play, was very clean, and felt like we were nestled right in the middle of the jungle. Though it was only a 5 min drive to get to town and the main restaurants. We wished we'd stayed here longer. Daniela was very helpful with tour information and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was very qell eqipped, as were the bathroom supplies. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We loved our stay in this cozy cabin. The location was stunning although I would not recommend for someone with mobility issues as the walk up/down is steep but there are stairs. The place is rustic and there were some bugs, after all it is literally in the jungle. I thought it was charming. It is the rainy season so the trees grow quickly and thus the view was obstructed. The property manager was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Would stay here again, no doubt."

"We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. Friendly ducks, dogs, and it was great hearing all of the different bird calls. Very close to restaurants and things, but felt remite and private. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was the small bathroom without much room to put things."

"One of the best places we have stayed in Costa Rica. Large open apaces for the children to run around in, a beautiful river to dip in, a pristine football pitch and very comfortable family rooms with a ery well-appointed kitchen! "The house was everything you needed; cozy, quaint, stunning views, gorgeous landscaping and privacy. It accommodated everything we needed, which was surprising because we failed to realize there was no central air, and we have a ln 11 month old, but the area we were in stayed relatively cool, and even better at night (nice & cool) and they provided multiple fans to circulate the air. "The hotel Manager Juan is extremely knowledgeable, curtious, and cares about the guest experience. The hotel staff is well trained, the rooms are spacious , and the view is outstanding. The breakfast is excellent, especially when comparing it to the competition. Its a pleasure to stay here. "

"Enjoyed this property and staff was so nice and accommodating. I had emailed them through Expedia app letting them know we were severely delayed bc of our flight. When I arrived at midnight, they had my paperwork and keys laid out for me ( since no one was at desk). That was so helpful because I just needed to crash. Free breakfast was good and tasty. It's not a lush place, but definitely a good value for your money. Would definitely stay here again."

The Royal Corin Thermal Water Spa & Resort - Adults Only

"After traveling to Europe, Asia, South America and North America to mention a few, I would say this is among, if not the best resort. The people went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and special. The Resort even when it was completely booked, didn’t feel that way at all. The hotel was extremely clean and the amenities were awesome. Highly Recommend The Royal Corin Resort!"

"This was an absolutely wonderful day, wish we could have had more time, but our 3 nights there were stellar. The property is up in the hills, and overlooks the Arenal volcano. Spectacular views from the main lobby and even from our rooms! There are multiple hot springs and pools on site, in 3 different groupings, and all were situated beautiful with food options and bathrooms and towel stations nearby. Delicious food, including sushi and Italian options. The drinks were delicious, especially from one bartender named Paola who also went above and beyond to take care of us. We ran into her every day and her wit and positive attitude were just wonderful. And lastly, the spa is small but stunning, i had a great massage and scrub which were both super relaxing. Highly recommend! "

"We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we had an incredibly good time. The service at the restaurant was very nice and the cleaning service was perfect (Selena was very helpful, great job). We recommend this wonderful place."
